Jane Vaughan of North Wiltshire District Council has been appointed as the Project Manager for the development of the Area Board in the Calne Community Area.

Jane has been working as a Community Partnership Officer in the Calne Community Area since 2004 where her responsibilities have included supporting and developing the Calne Community Area Partnership and community plans for the area. Jane also administered the NWDC Community Area Award Scheme in the Calne Community Area.

Jane is working closely with the Calne Community Area Partnership, County, District, Town and Parish Councils and with representatives of the PCT and Police, Fire & Rescue Services to develop the Area Board in the Calne Community Area. Jane is happy to talk to and meet anyone who would like to get involved with or know more information about the work that is now being done in the Calne Community Area.
