Workstream Board Update

The Workstream Board met on 14 April . Paul Hemingway gave an update on the ICT Strategy. The Resources Workstream Project Initiation Documents were reviewed.

The next meeting of the Board is on 12 May to review the Risk Register, Issue Log and Workstream Costs Matrix.

Resources Workstream leads update

Workstream leads have organised workshops over the past month for all the staff that work within their workstreams to discuss and establish their service area needs for furthering the transition and transformation of the new organisation.

The Resources Workstream Leads met on 21 April to discuss further the risk register and are due to meet again on 19 May at Braeside.

Confirmation of Resources Workstream changes

Internal audit will now sit within the Resources Finance Workstream.

Design & Print will sit within the Communication Workstream.

Customer Contact & Web Workstream will now be located within the Customer Focus (John Rogers).

Post: S Gerrard will liaise with D Anderson directly in respect to Post Workstream.

The Internal Governance Workstream will now consist of Complaints and Corporate Standards only.

Links to the Wider Programme

The Implementation Executive and Joint Implementation Team are due to meet which will enable the Resources Workstream to review bringing workstreams together prior to Vesting day.
